Please note - This site does not show our in-stock availability. The expected ship date of your order will be emailed once processed.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to make your search easier,
and to ensure you have the correct parts breakdown,
please have your engine serial number handy at the time of look-up.
Mercury makes model changes without notice,
and Doller Offshore Marine will not be responsible for incorrect parts ordered.

Our primary shippers are UPS & Federal Express. In the comments section of the checkout area, you may indicate whether you want expedited shipping, such as next day or 2 day, or if you would like us to look into another shipper for shipments to your particular area.

We also use Major trucking companies such as AAA Cooper, and for Overnight Services on larger items over 150 lbs we use Delta Airlines.  Engines and items over 150 Lbs are best shipped by truck or Delta Air Freight. Our rates by air are very reasonable, and in many cases less than truck. Once we have the order we are able to get a rate quote from our vendors and then we give you your shipping options.

In stock items ship within 24 hours, out of stock items we cannot guarantee, but we try to give you a realistic date as to when you will receive your order. If your order contains both in stock and on order items, it will ship when complete, unless you specify otherwise.

All shipments are FOB point of origin. Freight and shipping costs are billed as a separate item, unless specifically included. Currently, our system doesn’t calculate freight at this time beyond the 7.95 standard rate. We are working diligently to get the module up and running so we thank you for your patience. If there is an additional charge, we will provide you with the best shipping rate and you will receive an email to verify. The Shipping will be charged separately, and you will be notified of any additional charges that may apply.

FOB also means that risk of loss or damage is passed to you at the time we release the order to the carrier.

In the very unlikely event of loss or damage we will immediately help you with your claim. In most cases we will arrange for next day replacement of your order at no cost to you.

If you have any special shipping requirements or other questions, be sure to specify that we contact you before processing your order.

ALL information collected by this site will be held in the strictest confidence, and never disclosed or released to anyone.

In the event of a mistake on our part we will arrange for pickup of the wrong items at our expense and ship you the proper parts. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement item, and then credited when the picked up item is received. You must advise us within 24 hours after receiving your order of mistakes or shortages.

The Mercury Marine factory parts we sell are covered by the manufacturers warranty only. This is 1 year in most cases. Parts that are covered by the manufacturers warranty will be repaired or replaced only and may not be returned for credit. Warranty repair or replacement can be obtained at any factory authorized Mercury dealer.

Please note, our site does not indicate actual part availability. We have one of the largest inventories of genuine Mercury Marine parts in the country, but we do not have every one of the 160,000 active part numbers on the shelf. We want you to have your parts, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee when your order will actually ship. The shipping you select applies to the time in transit only.

Damaged shipments must be noted when you accept delivery. It is important to inspect all packages upon receipt. Hidden shipping damage must be reported to the carrier and us within 24 hours. In order for us to help you with a claim, it is important that any obvious damage is recorded.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Wire Transfers ( WT may only be used for amounts over $1000). We reserve the right to require wires for large orders. If you pay by Wire Transfer, we must receive your payment before we begin to process your order. Paying by credit card is the most efficient way to pay for your order.

Doller Offshore Marine uses Live Transactions to ensure your information is hidden from those who want to steal it. This method uses encryption to scramble the information you enter into the website making it virtually impossible to intercept.
